Commercial ice machines ship on a pallet via our UK network. Kerbside delivery as standard unless otherwise arranged.
Lead times
In-stock machines typically dispatch in 2–4 working days. Lead time is shown clearly on every product page.
On arrival
Check access before delivery and inspect the machine on arrival. Report any transit damage within 48 hours.
Free UK delivery*
Most machines qualify for free mainland UK delivery. Highlands, islands and timed/booked deliveries may carry a surcharge, confirmed at checkout or on your quote. Need it fast or to a tricky location? Talk to us first.
